Three Types of Healthy Constipation Cures
If you’re not experiencing at least one movement per day, it would be a good idea to work on restoring regularity for your health and weight management. There are many means to bring around your constipation:
Herbal laxative teas or capsules. The herbs senna and cascara sagrada are the key ingredient of many commercial laxatives. Ex-Lax, for example, is nothing more than a small amount of senna herb floating in yummy chocolate. Of these two herbs, senna will tend to stimulate occasional cramps. If you intend to take an herbal laxative long-term, select cascara sagrada. Both herbs can be purchased in capsules. Take them at night if you want a bowel movement in the morning.
Enemas. If you desire prompt relief from constipation, enemas are the optimum method. You can purchase an enema bag or a packaged Fleet enema. Both of the enemas are safe to exercise on an occasional basis, but you should not exceed one time each week.
Colonics. A colonic is a more engaged version of the enema, given by a trained professional. During the process of a colonic irrigation water is flushed in and out of your colon repeatedly. A colonic irrigation gives your colon a curative cleansing and will improve the muscle tone in your colon. Colonics should only be done once a month.
