A patio shade can serve more purposed than you could ever imagine. Shades are often used by people looking to give their patios a little privacy. Shades provide excellent security and privacy. They do this while allowing you to keep your patio shaded and cool. Shades are an excellent way to stop bugs from invading your personal space. They block entry of bugs while allowing cool breezes to pass through. A good shade will be able to withstand pet clawing, tears and scratches. Shades often prevent someone on the outside from looking inside while allowing someone on the inside to be able to look outside.
Before buying a patio shade you’ll need to get accurate measurements. Without correct measurements you might end up buying a shade that doesn’t fit your patio. All that is needed is a tape measure, something to write on and something to write with. Your patio shade will cover your entire patio starting at one column to the other. Be sure to measure from the inside of the columns. Measure the height, you might need a ladder, from the ground to the very beginning of the top column. Measure the width from the inside of one to column to the inside of the other column. Be sure to write down all measurements. It is a good idea to double check all measurements too.
